How long do we keep information

I retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the services the client has requested & to meet legal and regulatory requirements, and support any future queries or audits. Typically, this means storing data for up to six years after the end of the client relationship, in line with HMRC guidelines. After this period, information is securely deleted or anonymised unless further retention is legally required.
